Establishing the Sales Target at the allocated zonal level based on the existing business, competition and new opportunities in line with the corporate sales planning / mission and budgeting for the expenses for sales and marketing activities
Communicating the approved Sales Targets at all levels, monitoring the performance against the targets and ensuring that targets are met / exceeded in the zone
Identifying large potential customers in the allocated zones (Federation, MU & Pvt. Sector) and meeting them to present the organization and its Products, providing offers & following up to enable closure of sales including negotiations as necessary and ensure consistently high conversion ratio
Monitoring performance on all activities of the BDMs and KAMs in the zones by ensuring that their targets are planned, communicated and are being met and / exceeded during the period
Ensuring that the BDMs and KAMs plan their field visits and later review their achievements
Ongoing market as well as competitors’ analysis in the zones and report to GM / CEO on new developments and opportunities including cross selling
Planning and ensuring increased market capitalisation, increased no. of customers in the zones, better profitability in terms of increased per customer / product revenues and decreased per customer / product expenses
Analysing Performance on various fronts from the data in the CRM and identifying opportunities for improvement. Planning, implementing, monitoring and achieving improvement actions as taken
Reviewing and Reporting on the Monthly Planning vs. Actual Performance
Entry and Analysis in CRM / BTS on a regular basis
Periodically monitoring the expenses against budgets and ensuring on-time submission of supporting documentation
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, english, journalism, or related field..
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with a curriculum specialist to produce engaging images/motion visuals for communication, these include videos, Powerpoint presentations, short animation clips (3-10 secs), and basic user interface/web template design.
Assist with planning and executing the various aspects of the duties mentioned above.
Production of corporate videos, event coverage, marketing videos, and media content creation
Assist with planning, coordinating, management, and execution of the various aspects of video [and sometimes basic 2D animation] production, including research, pre-production, basic storyboard thumbnails
Very occasional assistance to the team in the production of simple craft-based materials
Experience
2-3 years experience in content marketing or copywriting, preferably withad agency
